This role is responsible for leading the warehouse relocation project and subsequent logistics and planning systems implementation initiatives. The position will ensure seamless business continuity during warehouse transition, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, oversee project execution, manage risks, and drive process optimization to support future business growth.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing Management.
- Proven experience leading warehouse relocation projects.
- Proven experience in ERP/WMS implementation or large-scale operation transformation projects.
- FMCG, Wine & Spirits, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Distribution industry experience preferred.

- Lead end-to-end warehouse relocation activities, from planning through execution and stabilization.
- Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, Customer Service and external logistics providers.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and business continuity throughout the relocation period.
- Manage warehouse ramp-up and post-move performance stabilization.
- Monitor project budget and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to define business requirements and system specifications following warehouse relocation.
- Oversee business process mapping, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, cutover planning, and post-go-live support (Hypercare).
- Ensure seamless integration between ERP, WMS, and reporting platforms.
- Manage implementation timelines, issue resolution, and overall project delivery.

- Support the implementation, optimization, and integration of internal Supply Chain Planning Systems, ensuring alignment across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and logistics execution processes.
- Partner closely with Regional Supply Chain teams to support Central Planning initiatives and digital transformation roadmaps, establishing standardized processes, master data governance, and system integration frameworks.
- Process Optimization
- Review and redesign logistics and warehouse processes to improve efficiency.
- Review/ adjust SOPs for new operating models and systems.
- Establish performance metrics and monitoring dashboards for 3PL on warehouse and logistic
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
