Perm Assistant Logistics Manager, Dangerous Goods (Chemical Industry) - NJE

• Process orders received from sales or customers for APAC customers
• Liaise with respective parties
• Consolidations of orders to the best possible extent
• Follow up on orders and shipping documents for on time receiving and invoicing and sales recognition
• Liaise with warehouse for the most cost-effective order preparation, to meet customer requested date
• Sourcing of the most cost-effective transporter and forwarder to fulfill customers orders timely
• Coordinate incoming import Isotanker port clearance and delivery to customer to avoid port demurrage
• Evaluate and monitor the transporter / forwarder performance
• Timely and accurate GRN for real time stock status
• Provide shipping documents to customers, prepare insurance for each shipments
