Job SummaryResponsible for supporting enterprise perimeter security infrastructure, leading incident triage, and restoring critical network services. Acts as a key escalation point for security-related incidents while ensuring network stability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Support and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, load balancers, proxy, DDI, and AAA technologies.
- Lead major incident triage, troubleshooting, and service restoration activities.
- Monitor security infrastructure and analyze logs, dashboards, and packet captures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex network security issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvements.
- Maintain incident records, documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and governance processes.
Required Skills- 8+ years of Network Security Operations or Infrastructure Support experience.
- Expertise in Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, or Juniper SRX.
- Strong knowledge of IDS/IPS, VPN, DMZ, Internet Security, NAT, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and Routing & Switching.
- Experience with Wireshark, Splunk, Netscout, SevOne, and related monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Python, Ansible, REST APIs, and automation.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Basic Linux administration skills.
- Relevant security certifications (CCNP Security, PCNSE, NSE, CCIE Security, etc.).
Education- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
