Job Description
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of performance testing and performance engineering engagements. The role focuses on planning, governance, stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The PM ensures that Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) are clearly defined, tracked, and met, while managing delivery timelines, risks, and quality, without requiring deep technical expertis

Skills & Experi

8–12 years of experience with 5+ years in project/program manag - ement.Experience managing performance testing or non-functional testing pro
- grams.Good understanding of performance testing lifecycle (no hands-on expertise requ
- ired).Basic understanding of NFRs: response time, throughput, scalability, stability, availab
- ility.Ability to interpret performance results from a business and SLA perspe
- ctive.Conceptual understanding of test types: load, stress, spike, endu
- rance.Awareness of system performance impact on customer experience and business
- KPIs.Ability to drive high-level performance discussions without deep technical involv
