Performance Marketing Specialist

Plan and execute paid social campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Reddit

Manage and scale global AI KOL / influencer partnerships, from sourcing to conversion tracking

Build and expand partnerships with AI communities (Discord, Telegram, developer forums, etc.)

Design and execute growth campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement

Analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates) and continuously optimize campaigns

Collaborate with product and BD teams to align growth strategies with product adoption

Stay on top of trends in AI, cloud, and developer ecosystems

1+ years of experience in growth marketing, paid media, or social media marketing

Hands-on experience with global ad platforms (Reddit,Threads,LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

Experience working with KOLs / influencers, preferably in tech or AI-related fields

Strong interest or basic knowledge in AI, cloud computing

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance

Strong English communication skills (comfortable working with global partners)
