Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution for paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, and other relevant channels.
- Set up and optimize conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, CRM integrations).
- Build and iterate landing pages to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Design and manage retargeting and nurture campaigns to move prospects through the funnel.
- Develop and run structured experiments (A/B and multivariate testing) to optimize campaigns.
- Monitor and report on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and pipeline contribution with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
- Continuously research and test new channels, creative approaches, and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns (preferably in B2B SaaS or professional services).
- Proven expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of tracking and attribution (GTM, GA4, HubSpot/Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience optimizing landing pages and marketing funnels for lead generation.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing strategy and execution.
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal tech, health tech, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with SEO, email nurture, or content marketing.
- Experience building dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
- Ability to run SQL queries to analyze campaign performance and pipeline data.
