Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Continuously optimize the company's salary and performance management concepts and systems 2. In-depth understanding of the supported business strategies, and directional design, implementation and iteration of performance appraisals, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives 3. Responsible for the overall analysis of department salary and benefit data to assist professional judgment and decision-making in human resources management 4. Research the world's leading human resources theories and practices, and support the company's leadership in global incentive management mechanisms.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above 2. More than 5 years of performance and motivation experience, with working experience in consulting companies and enterprises preferred 3. English can be used as a working language, and overseas study and work background is preferred 4. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
