Responsibilities
1. Starting from the core business indicators, dismantle key indicators, drill down to business improvement strategies, and use this to plan and design front-line employee performance appraisal and incentive plans to drive the achievement of performance goals 2. Responsible for performance achievement monitoring and performance appraisal review, coordinate resources for tracking and in-depth analysis of abnormal situations, and iteratively optimize the plan based on the review content 3. Responsible for the standardized coordination of performance, and ensure compliance throughout the entire performance process by formulating performance management specifications and processes 4. Continuously study outstanding cases in the industry, conduct regular reviews of performance/incentive strategies, evaluate the implementation effects of the plan, and make necessary adjustments in a timely manner based on effect monitoring.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in performance appraisal, commission design, understanding of life services and other business backgrounds are preferred 2. Strong data analysis and learning abilities, proficiency in using office software such as PPT, Excel, Word, etc., and ability to use SQL, Python and other data processing tools are preferred 3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility 4. Have innovative ability and structured thinking ability 5. Have good teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility and awareness of confidentiality.
