Key Responsibilities
Rewards & Benefits Management: Lead the execution of the Company's rewards programs, including annual salary reviews, bonus planning, benefits administration, and competitive compensation benchmarking. Review and enhance employee benefit programs, including corporate insurance, retirement schemes, and wellness initiatives.
Incentive Design: Partner with business leaders to design, review, and implement incentive and variable pay schemes that drive business objectives.
Budgeting & Analytics: Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to prepare manpower cost forecasts, annual budgeting, and data-driven reward analytics.
Payroll Governance: Oversee payroll governance to ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll, MPF administration, tax filings, leave management, and final payments in compliance with internal controls.
HR Technology & Transformation: Manage HR systems and people technology platforms. Drive system enhancements, version upgrades, implementation projects, and process automation initiatives.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to maintain system performance, data integrity, and an optimal user experience.
Workforce Insights: Develop comprehensive HR dashboards e.g workforce analytics, and management reports to support data-driven business decisions.
Compliance & Policy: Review and enhance HR policies, operational processes, and controls to ensure strict compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a small team to deliver operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across rewards and people technology services.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or HRIS, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-leading capacity.
System Expertise: Proven track record in HR systems management, digital transformation, or system implementation projects. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is required hands-on experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, or major HRIS platforms is highly advantageous.
Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
