Job Description

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

Are you a hands-on Technologist with a passion for data, ready to optimize the employee experience through innovative digital solutions and actionable insights We're seeking a skilled expert to design, implement, and analyze digital tools that enhance every stage of the employee lifecycle. This pivotal role will drive strategic digital initiatives, from building and optimizing our new global system (i.e. Mobility) to refining our current platform, ensuring seamless employee and manager journeys, capturing critical feedback, and ultimately leveraging data to unleash our people's full potential.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Digital Solution Delivery: Drive the end-to-end implementation and optimization of digital HR systems ensuring seamless employee and manager experiences.

2. Process Optimization: Analyze, re-engineer, and embed digital efficiencies into HR processes, focusing on fundamental, sustainable improvements.

3. Data Insight Generation: Apply statistic methodology and AI text analytics to generate in-depth data analysis to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

4. Feedback Loop Development: Build and maintain robust employee listening mechanisms, i.e. Qualtrics, to capture crucial feedback and establish continuous improvement loops.

Job Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree, Advanced degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Experience:

(1) 5+ years specifically in HR technology architecture, HR systems implementation, and HR process optimization.

(2) Proven leadership of large scale, end-to-end digital projects in a global content, and experience within high-tech industry.

3. Technical Acumen:

(1) Deep understanding of HR systems, data architecture, and integration patterns.

(2) Preferred: Experience with Qualtrics (or certification), global mobility systems (e.g., Equus, Topia), ServiceNow, or other global SaaS HR Platforms like Workday or SuccessFactors.

4. Exceptional Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Proven ability to extract, analyze, and translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Analysis and Reporting Technology example: PowerBI, Tableau, Qualtrics, Natural Language Understanding and Text Mining.

5. Strong HR Technology Acumen: Deep hands-on experience with HR systems, data architecture, and integration patterns.

6. Problem-Solving & Innovation: Ability to identify challenges and develop creative, practical digital solutions.

7. Collaborative Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

8. Adaptability & Execution: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
