Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to be based on-site in Penang, Malaysia. The Sales Manager will lead and drive sales growth in line with Yulon Capital's objectives. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, building relationships with stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. The role also entails identifying market opportunities, generating new leads, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and relationship management skills to cultivate client relationships and drive business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for seamless interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in market analysis, strategy development, and target achievement.
  • Ability to lead a sales team, set performance goals, and monitor progress.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with finance industry is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
