- Oversee payroll operations for overseas entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes overseas markets, ensuring payroll policies remain compliant.
Vendor & EOR Management
- Manage relationships with external payroll providers and Employer of Record (EOR) partners, ensuring service quality and SLA adherence.
- Evaluate and optimize vendor performance, costs, and compliance risks.
- Lead vendor selection and contract renewal processes, aligning with HQ policies.
Compensation Analysis & Support
- Provide analysis on overseas pay structures, allowances, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Support annual merit review and salary adjustment cycles by consolidating and validating payroll data from overseas sites.
- Advise HRBPs and local HR on compensation practices, tax impacts, and payroll-related inquiries.
Governance & Process Improvement
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and audit requirements for payroll and compensation data.
- Develop standardized payroll reporting and dashboards for HQ management visibility.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance payroll efficiency across geographies.
