Job Description

  • Plan and execute global recruitment strategies, integrate international talent resources, and establish and manage overseas hiring channels to support the company's global business expansion and talent deployment.
  • Assist business units with manpower budgeting and workforce planning, manage internal transfers and external hiring needs, and ensure alignment with organizational structure and headcount budget.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and hiring processes, ensuring candidates meet the company's requirements.
  • Maintain and optimize diverse recruitment channels to enhance job visibility and employer brand presence, attracting and securing high-quality talent.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and manage social media talent-marketing activities to strengthen the company's competitiveness in the talent market.
  • Plan and implement collaboration projects with government agencies, corporations, and academic institutions (e.g., campus recruitment, industry-academia programs, alternative military service programs), and track project execution and performance.
  • Handle foreign employee hiring and related administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
