We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance &Payroll Executive to manage payroll processing, financial administration, andaccounting support functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payrollexecution, maintain financial records, support statutory compliance, and assistin day-to-day finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
- Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, leave, overtime, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including CPF, IRAS, SDL, and other government-related submissions.
- Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliation schedules.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
- Responsible with annual employee income tax auto-inclusion exercise and foreigners IR21 submission
- Responsible for monthly reporting on salary allocation to various site and job code.
Finance & Accounting
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, reporting on ageing invoices and P&L reporting to management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and government agencies when required.
- Submission of company corporate tax returns
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and financial information.
- Assist in improving payroll and finance processes for operational efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in payroll and finance/accounting functions.
- Knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and statutory submissions is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Oracle) and payroll software (HR Easily).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with employment regulations and payroll administration.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
