The Role

Payment & Cash Management Systems

  • Support day‑to‑day operations of payment and cash management platforms, including payment initiation, approvals, cash positioning, and bank connectivity

  • Monitor system performance and payment processing flows to ensure stability, accuracy, and timeliness

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system‑related payment or cash management issues in coordination with internal teams and external vendors

Technology Enablement & Integrations

  • Support integrations between treasury systems, ERP platforms, and external banking platforms

  • Assist with onboarding new banks, accounts, and payment methods, including configuration and testing

  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including UAT and release validation

Controls, Security & Compliance

  • Adhere to segregation‑of‑duties requirements and established approval workflows

    Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards

    Maintain accurate documentation and evidence to support audits, reviews, and attestations

Cash Management & Reporting Support

  • Assist with reconciliation of system data against bank statements and ERP records

  • Provide technical support for cash pooling, sweeping, and in‑house banking structures

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, straight‑through processing, and control effectiveness through technology

  • Support business continuity and resiliency planning for payment and cash management systems

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison between Treasury, Finance, IT infrastructure, and external service providers

  • Provide subject‑matter support for payment and cash management technology during audits, reviews, and projects

  • Assist with training and knowledge transfer for business users and support teams

The salary range for this opportunity starts at 2700 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors

  • Comfortable translating technical issues into business‑understandable impacts and resolutions

  • Experience working in cross‑functional, globally distributed teams

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Strong analytical skills to identify, investigate, and resolve system and data issues affecting treasury operations

  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, stability, and risk mitigation

  • Ability to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and reduction of manual processing

  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills and Expertise

  • Solid understanding of treasury operations, including payments, cash management, bank account management, and reporting

  • Understanding of end‑to‑end payment lifecycles, from initiation through approval, settlement, and reconciliation

  • Hands‑on experience supporting Treasury Management Systems (TMS), payment factories, or ERP‑integrated financial platforms

  • Experience with system integrations between ERP systems, treasury platforms, and external banking platforms

  • Ability to support and troubleshoot payment processing, interfaces, and data flows across multiple systems

    Experience participating in system upgrades, enhancements, patches, and UAT
