Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of Douyin payment industry, exploring the needs of merchants and users in the industry, understanding the current situation of the industry, and having an in-depth understanding of the industry 2. Combining industry insight analysis and understanding of Douyin ecology, propose corresponding industry product solutions, and promote the construction of basic product capabilities 3. Combine industry needs, characteristics and development trends to formulate industry strategies, expand merchant cooperation, promote project implementation, and achieve growth in payment scale 4. Work closely with internal and external teams to integrate the company's superior resources to form the core value and differentiation of industry solutions, and enhance product competitiveness 5. Continuously explore new industry trends and create new opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in the Internet payment field, and relevant industry resources are preferred 2. Have keen industry experience and grasp of market trends, and have a very clear understanding of the operation of industry merchants 3. Have relevant experience in operations (users, merchants, strategies), and have experience in the design of payment product solutions 4. Have excellent negotiation, communication and project promotion abilities, be brave enough to accept new challenges, and be good at pioneering and innovating 5. Have a strong sense of goal.
