Purpose of the Role

The PVP is a strategic thinker responsible for planning and executing Nationalwide initiatives for Project ICU, Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) and support of marketing initiatives. The role partners with transplant centers, ICU/ER teams and OPO to strengthen deceaseddonor identification, optimize donormanagement workflows and improve transplant landscape, including satellitehospital coordination, the PVP ensures timely, efficient, and effective execution.

What you will do includes:

1. Donor Identification and Pathway Improvement

  • Partner with ICU, ER, and OPO teams to enhance early donor detection through structured screening and referral practices. Improve donor conversion processes by strengthening communication and coordination across physicians, transplant coordinators, nurses, and OPO staff.
  • Apply strategic analysis to identify barriers and execute targeted interventions

2. Donor / Patient Journey Optimization

  • Map and analyze ICU/ER/OPO, Tx donor pathways to identify bottlenecks and propose improvement plans to relevant departments to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.

3. Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify and prioritize target centers for ICU and OPO initiatives, and build and sustain strong, collaborative partnerships with hospitals, ICU physicians, and OPO hospitals to co create solutions that enhance donor pathway effectiveness.

4. Communication & Capability Building

  • Deliver communication skill training workshop to improve referral quality, case escalation, and collaboration across Tx centers and OPO hospitals to contribute effectively to donor pathways optimization

5. Operational Execution

  • Develop and execute operational plans to ensure consistent delivery and KPI achievement.
  • Track progress, resolve barriers, and drive execution excellence through disciplined planning and follow through.
  • Use B@C and agile ways of working to align stakeholders on shared priorities, KPIs, and execution plans through structured sprint meetings, driving VALUE delivery and excellence in ICU/OPO execution.

6. Insight Generation with collaboration

  • Gather insights on ICU and OPO workflows, knowledge gaps, and cultural barriers affecting donor referral and conversion.
  • Partner with Brand, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to translate insights into actionable, patient centric programs

7. Education & Capability Building

  • Deliver training programs to strengthen donor management knowledge, communication skills, and collaboration across ICU, ER, and OPO teams.
  • Foster continuous learning and adoption of best practices across all donor pathway stakeholders.

8. Omnichannel & Digital Enablement

  • Support the creation and implementation of digital tools that enhance communication, case sharing, real time referral, and donor management education.
  • Design, execute and measure HCP engagement journey to ensure maximal impact of execution
  • Ensure omnichannel initiatives reinforce consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement across ICU and OPO settings.

9. Marketing Strategy Support & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to translate insights into effective campaigns, materials, and engagement activities.
  • Contribute to planning, execution, and performance evaluation of marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and sustainable impact within the transplant and ICU/OPO ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Sciences, or a related field.
  • Has 3-5+ years of experience as a sales/medical representative or marketing.
  • Ability to work independent as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales analysis, project management and developing strategies and implementing operational plans to achieve objectives
  • Strong ability to identify and articulate and communicate opportunities and risks.
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windowsbased applications.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Handson experience working in ICU, transplant services, or as a transplant coordinator.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong decisionmaking ability with effective, timely problemsolving skills experiences.
