Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage patient safety and quality (PSQ) initiatives to reduce risks and improve care outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical domain experts and industry partners to design and implement improvement projects.
- Facilitate communities of practice, networks, and large-scale knowledge sharing on PSQ best practices.
- Guide project teams to analyse current processes, define goals, establish measurement indicators, and sustain improvements.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate education and training programmes on quality and improvement methodologies.
- Publish and share PSQ best practices through appropriate platforms and publications.
- Manage the cluster improvement portal, including project registrations and selection of improvement ideas.
- Prepare PSQ-related proposals for funding applications.
- Conduct literature reviews, environmental scanning, and trend analysis to identify insights and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Relevant Postgraduate Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience and demonstrated competency, or a relevant Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience and demonstrated competency.
- Proven track record in patient safety and quality initiatives and project management.
- Strong quality and process improvement expertise, with solid analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data management and statistical analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in teams and across disciplines.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, quality standards, continuous improvement, and innovation.
