Patient Care Executive - Industrial Accidents

Division: Livingstone Health International
Reports to: Executive Director & Chief Commercial Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a responsive and organised Patient Care Executive to manage industrial accident cases from initial referral through treatment coordination, documentation, billing and case closure. The role will also support general patient enquiries and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage industrial accident cases from initial enquiry to completion.

  • Collect relevant patient, injury, employer and billing information.

  • Coordinate clinic referrals, specialist appointments, transportation and follow-up treatment.

  • Liaise with patients, employers, clinics, insurers, brokers and claims adjusters.

  • Support WICA-related documentation, medical reports and insurer follow-ups.

  • Monitor case progress, invoices and outstanding payments.

  • Maintain accurate case trackers, billing records and regular reports.

  • Respond to general patient enquiries through telephone, email and WhatsApp.

  • Coordinate communication between patients, clinics and internal departments.

  • Support billing verification, scheduling and administrative tasks.

  • Assist with other patient-care and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in industrial accident cases, WICA claims, healthcare case management, emergency care or insurance claims.

  • Working knowledge of Singapore's WICA processes is preferred.

  • Familiarity with foreign-worker documents

  • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable maintaining case and billing trackers.

  • Organised, responsive and able to manage multiple active cases.

  • Comfortable handling patient enquiries and clinic communications.

  • Able to provide support outside standard office hours based on the assigned duty arrangement.

  • Additional language abilities in Malay, Tamil or Mandarin would be advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing or a related field.

  • Experience in healthcare billing, accounts receivable or insurer coordination.

  • Familiarity with digital and artificial intelligence tools.
