Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Partner Program Manager to oversee partner delivery governance and ensure alignment with overall program objectives, contractual commitments, and customer expectations. This role serves as a critical bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring successful execution, quality delivery, and risk mitigation across all engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive partner delivery governance, ensuring alignment with program goals, contracts, and customer expectations.
- Define, manage, and control partner scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and approved changes.
- Track partner schedules, milestones, and dependencies; proactively identify and escalate risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the primary coordination point between vendor teams and partner organizations to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Validate partner deliverables against agreed quality standards, acceptance criteria, and contractual requirements.
- Identify, manage, and escalate partner-related risks, issues, and change requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure partner execution adheres to contractual obligations and milestone commitments.
- Provide regular reporting on partner performance, risks, and progress to program stakeholders and leadership forums.
- Deliver strong governance and oversight while enabling partners to execute independently without direct involvement in delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management, partner/vendor management, or delivery governance roles.
- Strong understanding of contract management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and complex programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in IT services, consulting, or large-scale program delivery environments.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and performance management metrics.
