About The Role
The Uber Eats team is seeking sharp, highly motivated individuals to join the Retail segment, managing some of our most strategic partners. As a Partner Manager, you will work closely with merchant partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally with local and central operations, product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to optimize partnerships and deliver maximum value for both Uber and its merchant partners.

What You'll Do
- Own the commercial relationship for assigned retail categories, managing multiple merchants through annual planning and regular weekly and monthly business reviews
- Execute portfolio-level commercial strategies aligned with category and merchant-specific growth objectives
- Partner closely with operations teams to ensure a high-quality consumer experience
- Develop and implement action plans to improve key performance indicators, including tailored promotional strategies by category or specialty store
- Present and recommend data-backed solutions to merchants, clearly articulating the value proposition of Ads and Direct offerings
- Serve as the primary coordination point between merchants and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in account management, retail, CPG, or a similar commercial role
- Prior client-facing experience, ideally managing enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Strong analytical capability with confidence in making data-driven decisions and applying sound business judgment
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex partnerships and delivering measurable results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Grocery, Retail, or CPG industries (preferred but not required)
- Experience managing complex datasets and tracking and achieving multiple OKRs
- Strong project management skills, including experience building joint business plans and delivering consistent performance outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a cross-functional organizational matrix
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to surface insights and influence product improvements
