Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to promote our cleaning robot solutions to target customers including government organisations
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners (from negotiation to onboarding)
  • Identify and build relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to uncover business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Work with the marketing team to derive market campaign
  • Engage potential clients through presentations, demos, and follow-up meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with our business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the company and build connections.
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of business development experience, preferably in technology or cleaning solutions.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
