Part-time Project Co-ordinator II
The appointee will be responsible for (a) ensuring effective co-ordination and execution of events that promote sports medicine in the community at various scales (b) providing secretarial and administrative support to sports medicine associations (c) providing administrative support for postgraduate programmes and short courses and (d) performing other ad-hoc assignments as assigned. He/She will be required to work 30 to 35 hours per week. Working outside office hours or at weekends will be required occasionally.
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree (ii) at least 3 years post-qualification work experience in event/project management, or secretarial/administrative support (iii) strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and (v) self-initiative, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a multi-tasking environment and as part of a team.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong, formally established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. It is the territory's second-oldest university and was founded as a federation of three existing colleges – Chung Chi College, New Asia College and United College – the oldest of which was founded in 1949.
