Part-time Project Co-ordinator II(s)
The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing administrative support to a teaching development project on enhancing proficiency in spoken Chinese, which includes liaising with potential guest speakers, managing event operations, and processing administrative documents (b) co-ordinating the project's promotional activities, such as designing promotional materials and managing the project's social media platforms; (c) supervising the work of student helpers (d) assisting with the preparation of project reports and evaluation documents and (e) performing other tasks as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree or above (ii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) (iii) rich experience in creating graphic designs and (iv) good communication and interpersonal skills. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for an interview.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis commencing January 2026 and ending in June 2026.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong, formally established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. It is the territory's second-oldest university and was founded as a federation of three existing colleges – Chung Chi College, New Asia College and United College – the oldest of which was founded in 1949.
CUHK is organized into nine constituent colleges and eight academic faculties, and remains the only collegiate university in the territory. The university operates in both English and Chinese, although classes in most colleges are taught in English. Four Nobel laureates are associated with the university, and it is the only tertiary institution in Hong Kong with recipients of the Nobel Prize, Turing Award, Fields Medal and Veblen Prize sitting as faculty in residence.
