| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To perform teaching duties including supervision of student projects and fieldwork placement |
| (b) | To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration |
| (c) | To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials and |
| (d) | To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) | A recognised degree in Film / TV, or equivalent, preferably with a post-graduate qualification |
| (b) | At least 3 years relevant teaching and / or work experience in Film / TV, preferably at an appropriate level of responsibility |
| (c) | Solid experience in Film / TV sound including location recording, post-production sound design and mixing |
| (d) | Good teaching, administrative, interpersonal and team building skills |
| (e) | Good communication and presentation skill in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua and |
| (f) | Records of linkage with industry / professional bodies would be an advantage. |

| Notes: |
| (1) | Shortlisted candidate will be required to take a written assessment. |
| (2) | Appointees may be required to work irregular hours / outside normal office hours and / or at different work locations on a need basis. |
