| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To provide technical support in the operation of central controlling system of the computers in language laboratories |
| (b) | To assist in the language laboratories for evening classes and |
| (c) | To provide IT-related technical support for staff and/or students. |
| |
| Requirements: |
| (a) | A recognised diploma or higher certificate in a relevant disciplines |
| (b) | At least 2 years relevant work experience |
| (c) | Good knowledge of operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and networking |
| (d) | Experience in using Windows PC and Mac |
| (e) | Ability to work independently and be a good team player |
| (f) | Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese and |
| (g) | Candidates with practical knowledge / skills in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage: |
| (i) | Operation and maintenance of central controlling system of the computers in language laboratories, preferably the Sanako Lab 100 Language Laboratory System. |
| (ii) | Microsoft and Adobe software and application of other common computer / educational software. |
