| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To perform teaching duties including supervision of students projects and fieldwork placement |
| (b) | To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration |
| (c) | To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials |
| (d) | To carry out various administrative duties |
| (e) | To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes and |
| (f) | To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) | A recognised degree in Dental Surgery |
| (b) | Candidates should be the Registered Dentist under the Dentists Registration Ordinance (Cap. 156) and holding valid practising certificate issued by the Dental Council of Hong Kong |
| (c) | At least 3 years relevant teaching and/or industry experience |
| (d) | Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese and |
| (e) | Good records of linkage with the industry or with solid work experience would be an advantage. |

| (1) | Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
| (2) | Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. |
| (3) | The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside campus. |
