Major Duties:
(a)
To perform teaching duties, including preparation and delivery of teaching materials, supervision of students projects and other academic activities
(b)
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration
(c)
To confirm and verify the student performance and attendance and
(d)
To attend meetings when necessary.
Requirements:
(a)
A recognised degree in Property Management, Housing Studies, Building Engineering & Management, Environmental & Occupational Safety & Health, Event Management, Administration & Public Management, Public Administration & Management, Marketing or equivalent professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification
(b)
At least 3 years teaching and/or industry experience in either one subject area in Hong Kong
(c)
Good communication and presentation skills, and writing skills in both English and Chinese and
(d)
Candidate with good experience / knowledge in one or more of the following area(s) would be an advantage:
(i)
Building Management Ordinance (Cap. 344) and Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626)
(ii)
Buildings Ordinance & Fire Safety (Buildings) Ordinance and New technologies for building maintenance
(iii)
Event organising & marketing and Customer management and
(iv)
Social media management and Short video production.
Notes:
(1)
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(2)
