(Paid Channel User Operations Manager)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for user conversion operations across paid channels
  • Develop and execute channel-specific growth strategies
  • Design differentiated incentive strategies based on user profiles for different channels
  • Refined, segmented outreach operations
  • (Improve conversion rates through a combination of multiple touchpoints including push notifications, in-app messages, pop-ups, and emails.
  • Continuously conduct A/B testing and generate post-test reports.)
  • Analyze the conversion funnel, identify growth bottlenecks, and propose optimization solutions.
  • Work with the advertising team to optimize traffic quality.
  • Use conversion data to deduce creative direction and audience strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in user operations or growth operations
  • Fluent both in English and Chinese
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Proficient in Excel/SQL/BI tools
  • Responsible for core conversion metrics
  • Ability to plan campaigns and design growth strategies
  • Experience in designing deposit campaigns/user acquisition campaigns/incentive mechanisms is preferred
