Role and responsibilities

As Project lead of the Delivery team in Taiwan your main task is to improve the performance of ASML's Hubs in Taiwan and the cost saving. The goal is to realize major project- / program deliverables by growing the capabilities of the organization and delivering performance improvements. You contribute to creating a culture of continuous improvement and maintain an active knowledge of state-of-the-art supply chain principles and apply them to ASML processes.

You lead projects to accelerate our transformation and focus on impact, leveraging lean tools, boosting shop floor engagement and developing leadership. You are part of the Safety, Quality & Excellence Team and ensure that the performance impact & maturity ambitions are realized and best practices are implemented and embedded in a learning organization.

You will work with the country warehouse managers to manage and deep-dive the cost of each hubs in Taiwan and address the cost saving. You will need to report the cost saving with actions, timeline and roadmap as a key project of the Delivery team in Taiwan.

At the beginning of this role you will handover from a current team member who is ICA (international career assignment) at Taiwan and mainly focus on the operation supporting of the Field Service hub in the FTZ( free trade zone) at Linkou. You will need to learn the knowledge of the Field Service hubs including hands on operation like parts conversion, package materials and the detail in the clean area in the Field Service hubs. The 3rd party suppliers will support the hands on operation but this role needs to have knowledge to manage, judge and communicate with 3PL in the operation detail and able to be on site in the FTZ frequently.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor or master's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management or business administration;
  • Experienced in change management;
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry and/or in the high tech equipment industry is a big plus;
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system is a big plus;
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.

Other information

  • The candidate will need to follow additional training and courses.
  • Work will be done in dayshift.
  • Working location is the Linkou office in 2026 and will move to the New Taipei campus from 2027 around Q2.
  • Traveling around 15% within TW
