Overseas Sales PM

We are hiring an Overseas Sales PM to drive overseas distributor operations and cross-functional project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and project support to overseas distributors
• Manage overseas distributor relationships and daily coordination
• Support contract coordination, payment flow, and commercial negotiations
• Handle sample and datasheet requests, shipment coordination, and tracking
• Collect sales forecasts (FCST) and feedback to Inside Sales
• Manage multiple NPI projects and cross-functional execution
• Identify early bottlenecks, build scalable processes, and prepare for future system implementation

Role Scope:

This role flexes between Overseas Sales and Project Management, depending on business needs and project stages. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, frequent changes, and dynamic priorities.
