About the Role

Are you a motivated, competitive professional looking to build a long-term career in B2B sales NCH Facilities is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to manage and scale our Taipei core area.

In this autonomous, field-based role, you will drive new business and manage lasting relationships within commercial sectors, including education, government, healthcare, and hospitality. We provide full training from day one, equipping you to deliver industry-leading sustainability and maintenance solutions that help businesses optimize their energy, water, and property resources.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Scope):

• Grow Your Territory: Discover, prospect, and convert new B2B opportunities across your assigned region.
• Build Relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their unique facility operational needs.
• Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice on sustainable maintenance solutions (water conservation, energy savings, waste reduction).
• Champion the Brand: Represent NCH's global commitment to quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
