Key Responsibilities
Pre-Check Certificate QC data (Batch, Pad, Manufacture Date,1-layer Bill Of Material) before generating CoA.
Review eCoA data and document high/low investigations prior to CSR uploading eCoA to the customer portal
Verify paper certificates for outbound shipments and troubleshooting of CoA‑related issues. Confirm adequate remaining shelf life for products prior to shipment. Perform sampling visual inspections for Post‑Skiver Inspection and Final Inspection products. Make
Un‑Usage decisions for inspection lots related to hot‑runs, retests, or QM discrepancies. Unblock 09 re‑inspection lots processed including internal and CMP external warehouses within Asia.

Key Experiences

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant Quality Control experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both local language and English language.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and JMP skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills
