Job Description

- Manage and monitor OSAT forecasts, work-in-process (WIP), material inventories, and production status.
- Coordinate production acceleration plans and execute corrective actions to address delivery challenges.
- Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to align capacity planning with customer demand forecasts.
- Build strong relationships with OSAT partners and conduct regular onsite visits to support production ramps, operational reviews, quality initiatives, and issue resolution.
- Support engineering and yield enhancement activities by coordinating engineering lots and manufacturing transitions through packaging and testing stages.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing planning, operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor assembly, packaging, and test processes.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners.
