Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order fulfillment, including order entry, validation, scheduling, lifecycle tracking, and change management.
  • Create and maintain accurate quotations/opportunities and sales orders in ERP (SAP) under limited supervision, ensuring high data integrity.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely resolution of issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels escalate unmet customer requirements and follow through until closure.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to track order status, opportunities, bookings, and shipments perform data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information across SAP, CRM, and Excel-based tracking databases.
  • Support sales administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, maintaining documentation, and coordinating internal workflows.
  • Develop a clear understanding of customer requirements to ensure efficient order management and communication alignment across teams.
  • Build foundational knowledge of Applied Materials products and SPG business processes to support accurate order execution.
  • Identify workflow gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy, communication efficiency, and system utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or logistics coordination, preferably in a hightech or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with sales order lifecycle, inventory flow, or supply chain concepts.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel experience with SAP / ERP systems and CRM is required.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong English reading and writing capability.
