About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Order Management & Admin Assistant to support our Taiwan market operations. This role is responsible for daily order processing, inventory coordination, inbound logistics follow-up, Fa Piao issuance, and administrative support.

You will work closely with warehouse, logistics, finance, and internal support teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination work, has strong follow-through, and can manage both operational and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management and Fulfillment

- Process daily customer orders for Taiwan and other assigned markets
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on dispatch schedules and inventory availability
- Monitor order flow and ensure timely fulfillment
- Communicate order updates clearly with relevant stakeholders and customers

2. Inbound Shipment and Logistics Coordination

- Work with shipping agents on customs clearance for inbound shipments
- Arrange trucking and delivery from Taiwan ports to the warehouse
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation such as packing lists and commercial invoices

3. Invoicing and Documentation

- Issue Fa Piao (uniform invoices) to Taiwan-based customers
- Support documentation related to order processing, finance, and compliance requirements

4. Administrative Support

- Handle general administrative tasks such as bank errands, coordination with accounting firms, and document support
- Provide support for ad hoc administrative assignments during peak periods or special projects

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 23 years of relevant experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or operations support
- Experience in Taiwan logistics, invoicing, and shipment coordination is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
