Duties:
- Manage daily logistics operations, documentation, and order processing activities.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with factories to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Liaise with factories, freight forwarders, carriers, and customers to facilitate smooth and cost-effective deliveries.
- Prepare and process shipping documents in accordance with export and customer requirements.
- Verify logistics invoices and coordinate with Finance on payment matters.
- Maintain logistics records and support reporting and data analysis activities.
- Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve logistics issues when required.
- Handle end-to-end export order management, including purchase order issuance and system updates (e.g., SAP).
- Track production progress and work closely with factories to meet shipment schedules.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or sales support functions.
- Shipping and export coordination experience is preferred.
