Order Fulfilment Executive

Job scope

• Follow-up PO status with factory/supplier and coordinate within OF for stock allocation
• Support sales enquiry/project forecast and planning process
• Monitor backlog shortages and work on the supply support with timely delivery to meet order commitment
• Inventory allocation and control
• System data maintenance for daily operation support
• Coordinate with forwarder for freight quotation and shipping arrangement
• Trade & Export compliance
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• min 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel)
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Positive mindset and attitude with a strong drive to learn
• Able to start with short notice will be advantageous
