Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Subscription Management (OSM) and Receivables (AR). The role involves implementation, configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support across subscription billing and receivables processes.
Must-Have Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Strong functional experience in Subscription Management and Oracle Receivables (AR).
- Hands-on experience configuring Subscription Types, Rate Plans/Pricing, Billing Schedules, Renewal Rules, Usage-Based Billing, and Entitlements.
- Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle processes including creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, upgrades/downgrades, and co-terming.
- Experience with subscription billing, proration, usage capture, invoicing, and revenue schedules.
- Good understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes and integration with Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Receivables.
- Technical experience with Oracle Cloud tools such as OIC, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and VBCS.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues and support implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Subscription Management and Receivables.
- Manage subscription billing cycles and resolve invoice-generation and billing exceptions.
- Support integrations across Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and AR.
- Analyze requirements, configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support testing/UAT.
- Work with business and technical teams to optimize subscription billing and receivables processes.
