Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and visual assessments.
- Provide professional recommendations on vision correction solutions and eyewear products.
- Understand the needs of customers and assist them to choose the suitable eyewear
- Educate customers on eye health, lens options, and vision care.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and patient care.
- Assist in daily store operations and maintain professional clinical standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships through personalized consultation.
Requirements
✅ Registered Part I Optometrist in Hong Kong
✅ Fresh graduates with a valid Part I licence are welcome
✅ Passionate about eye care and customer service
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
✅ Good command of Cantonese English and Mandarin are advantageous
