Opto-Mechanical Automation Integration Engineer

Overview Of The Position

【Location: Hsinchu】This role involves designing and implementing automation solutions, integrating new equipment into production processes, collaborating with process engineering on optimization, and leveraging expertise in automation software and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering or process requirements, design, and formulate suitable automation solutions.
• Evaluate and select automation equipment, and collaborate with equipment suppliers to ensure the technical specifications and efficiency meet required standards.
• Integrate automation equipment with existing production processes or machinery to ensure correct collaboration between all stations.
• Collaborate with process engineering to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the production process, and propose and implement automation optimization plans.
• Automation Integration and Application Expertise: Familiarity with automation software integration; experience with servo motor control, image recognition, or robotic arm applications is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Python programming is a plus.
