We are seeking a high-caliber, industry-veteran Optical Program Manager, Active Optical Products to join BizLink's high speed interconnect team. As we aggressively expand our high-speed active optical business globally, you will be the key driver in managing high-speed transceiver (TRx) product lines (next-generation technologies, including 800G and above) and leading collaboration with our strategic overseas technology partners.
- Strategic Partner & Program Management:
- Lead and drive product development, qualification, and mass production schedules for our high-speed active optical transceiver (TRx) portfolios.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with key strategic overseas design and manufacturing partners, ensuring alignment on product roadmaps, schedules, and technical requirements.
- Business Growth & Sales Enablement:
- Partner closely with the global sales team to actively pursue, secure, and manage design-in opportunities at major North American hyperscale and Tier-1 accounts.
- Act as the primary technical and program interface for customers, translating complex requirements into actionable internal product timelines.
- Technical Enablement & Advisory:
- Serve as the internal optical subject matter expert. Enable and train internal product management and engineering teams to enhance collective optical product knowledge.
- Execution & Escalation Management:
- Proactively identify program risks, clear bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional teams (including R&D, Operations, and Quality teams across the US, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia) to deliver on tight schedules.
