Operations Support Engineer 12 months contract

My client is a leading global consultancy, and we are looking for Operations Support Engineer to support an urgent public sector project on a 12-month contract.

Requirements:

• 6 to 12 years of experience as an Operations Support Engineer or similar IT role.
• Skilled in incident and change management using ITSM tools such as AWS Quick, Zendesk, or ServiceDesk.
• Track record in implementing full stack monitoring with APM tools and cloud-native options like CloudWatch.
• Strong capability in managing cloud infrastructure and services with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (certifications preferred).
• Proficiency in AWS ecosystem services and AI application development, including RAG, workflow automation, tool calling, and data lakes (highly advantageous).
• Demonstrated problem-solving and communication strengths with ability to collaborate across teams.
