Position Summary
The Operations & Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the overall Operations and Supply Chain function in Taiwan, overseeing end-to-end activities, including demand and supply planning, inventory management, customer service and order management, logistics, warehousing, and after-sales service.
This role serves as a key business partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Regional Teams, supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. The position manages a team of approximately five employees and oversees the performance of external logistics providers, service partners, and vendors.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with high learning agility, sound business acumen, and strong growth potential. The role is accountable for driving operational excellence, delivering high service levels, optimizing inventory and working capital, and ensuring cost-efficient operations that support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Supply Chain Management
- Lead the overall Operations and Supply Chain function in Taiwan.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, covering: Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management & Stock Replenishment, Logistics, Distribution & Warehouse Operations, Customer Service & Order Management, and After-Sales Service Operations.
- Ensure product availability by closely monitoring stock replenishment and supply risks, proactively developing mitigation plans to minimize shortages and prevent business disruptions while optimizing inventory levels, working capital, and customer service performance.
- Lead S&OP and planning processes to support operational efficiency and business growth.
- Manage the product lifecycle from new product launches through effective phase-in and phase-out, while ensuring optimal inventory health and stock availability.
- Regularly review logistics and distribution processes to identify optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency in support of business objectives and key KPI & targets achievement.
- Drive overall operational continuous improvement initiatives to enhance: On-Time Delivery (OTD), Inventory Optimization, Forecast Accuracy, Cost Efficiency, Customer Service Satisfaction
- Establish, monitor, and continuously improve supply chain processes, SOPs, KPIs, and performance management reporting frameworks.
Logistics, Warehouse & Vendor Management
- Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure service fulfilment and efficiency.
- Manage 3PLs, service providers, and key vendors to achieve service, quality, and cost objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to ensure service level and KPI achievement while driving continuous service improvement.
- Negotiate service agreements, operational contracts, and commercial terms to achieve optimal service levels and cost performance.
- Ensure all service providers operate in compliance with agreed SOPs, SLAs, regulatory requirements, company policies, and operational standards.
Customer Service & After-Sales Service Management
- Lead customer service and order management activities and oversee after-sales service operations, including customer call center management, service and repair operations, and overall customer service performance.
- Develop and implement processes, systems, and reporting structures that support sustainable operations and continuous service improvement.
- Monitor and improve customer experience, service quality, turnaround time, and operational efficiency.
- Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Business Partnership
- Lead, coach, and develop the SC/Operations team to build capability, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Regional Supply Chain teams.
- Leverage operational data and analytics to identify opportunities, diagnose root causes, resolve issues, and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, business ethics, and corporate governance requirements.
Key Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics Management.
- At least 3 years of people management experience.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, customer service, and after-sales service.
- Experience in multinational companies, preferably within Consumer Goods, FMCG, or Retail industries.
- Strong experience in managing logistics providers, service partners, and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory optimisation, and end-to-end supply chain operations and data analytics.
- Experience leading transformation, IT/digitalization, ERP implementation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and capability to develop into a future HK/TW Cluster Operations & Supply Chain Leadership role.
