Operations Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Opertions Supervisor to join our team in Taiwan. In this pivotal role, you will manage and run all aspects of Operations, including Logistics and Labs.
Partner with internal teams to work with our customers and HQ to ensure our Operations and Technical aspects are properly planned, managed, and executed.
Work with SOP, adopt improvements to current processes as necessary, and look after the management and updating of the Operations aspect of our ERP system

More about the role:
- Lead day-to-day operations across Logistics, Labs and Regulatory Affairs, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable execution.
- Supervise, coach and develop the operations team, setting clear priorities and monitoring performance against agreed KPIs.
- Ensure company policies, standard operating procedures and quality requirements are consistently applied.
- Partner with internal teams, customers and headquarters to plan and deliver operational and technical activities effectively.
- Provide responsive operational and technical support to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyse operational reports, identify trends and translate insights into practical actions.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards and internal controls.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and availability, maintaining appropriate stock levels to support business needs.
- Build a collaborative, accountable and productive team environment.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- At least three years of relevant operations experience, preferably in medical devices or another regulated industry.
- Previous experience supervising or leading an operations team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholder groups.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and relevant operational software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Analytical thinking: Applies structured problem-solving and uses data to make sound decisions.
- Influence and communication: Builds alignment among diverse stakeholders and communicates clearly across organisational levels.
- Project Execution: Disciplined delivery of complex, multi-track programmes on time.
