Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve assigned KPIsOwn and manage the Referral program operations, including performance tracking, data analysis, and continuous optimizationMaintain long-term relationships with KOLs, traders, and community partners, including onboarding, communication, performance follow-up, and incentive alignmentAnalysis of issues faced by users and propose solutionsInvestigate business and user demands (trading behavior, referral performance, KOL feedback) and propose scalable solutions and implementation plansAnalyze user feedback, trading data, and rebate performance to identify issues, optimize incentive mechanisms, and improve user experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, including trading competitions, referral promotions, and KOL-led initiativesResponsible for other ad-hoc tasksRequirements:
3-5 years of experience in Web3 and finance industriesGreat logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven and quick-learnerHave a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability
