An outstanding opportunity to join a leading international developer overseeing one of Singapore's premier mixed-use destinations, comprising a high-footfall retail podium and Grade A office tower.
This role will take ownership of day-to-day operations, engineering services, tenant coordination, compliance, and asset enhancement initiatives, ensuring the asset continues to operate at best-in-class standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all building operations, facilities management, and engineering services.
- Lead OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, tendering, procurement, and cost control.
- Oversee M&E systems, preventive maintenance programmes, and statutory compliance.
- Manage tenant fit-outs, reinstatements, handovers, and operational requests.
- Drive asset enhancement works, refurbishment projects, and sustainability initiatives.
- Partner with tenants, consultants, contractors, and authorities to maintain exceptional operational standards.
- Lead service providers and technical teams to deliver a premium occupier and customer experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Services, Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management, or related discipline.
- 5+ years experience managing premium retail, commercial, or mixed-use assets required.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services and M&E systems.
- Proven experience in tenant management, fit-outs, and refurbishment projects.
- Strong understanding of statutory, fire safety, and workplace safety requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
