Responsibilities
Own the overall operations strategy for the Prediction Market business, with a focus on growth, user participation, liquidity, and market healthDrive end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversionDesign and execute mechanisms to improve liquidity, trading activity, and user engagement
Identify and operate key market categories such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and other event-driven topicsWork closely with product, marketing, data, and tech teams to launch features, campaigns, and strategic initiativesMonitor core metrics, analyze performance, and continuously optimize operations and growth outcomesConduct market and competitor research to identify trends, best practices, and new opportunitiesBuild scalable operational frameworks and support team executionRequirements
Strong experience in operations, growth, or product operationsMust have solid understanding of Prediction Market products and user behaviorMust be familiar with liquidity management and participation-driving mechanismsNeed to think holistically †not only category knowledge, but also channels, growth, and conversionGood understanding of event-driven markets such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and trending topicsStrong data sense, execution ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in crypto, betting, gaming, trading, fintech, or similar fast-paced platforms is a strong plus
