Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support the daily operations of the company. This internship offers hands-on exposure to project coordination, operational processes, customer service support, and cross-functional teamwork within a fast-growing home improvement and installation business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Coordination

  • Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Support scheduling and coordination between sales, operations, and installation teams.
  • Track project progress and ensure operational records are updated accurately.

2. Project & Customer Support

  • Assist in monitoring project timelines and installation schedules.
  • Follow up with internal teams on project status updates.
  • Support customer service and operational inquiries when required.

3. Documentation & Process Management

  • Maintain operational reports, records, and filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing operational documents, forms, and reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy across internal systems.

4. Cross-Department Exposure

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, HR, and Operations teams.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to management when required.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Support implementation of new operational processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Management, or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
