Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with supervisor and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

2. Assist in maintaining effective communication channels among stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and internal teams.

3. Contribute to the planning and execution of training sessions for teachers and staff members.

4. Support the management of teacher scheduling, performance tracking, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality educational services.

5. Help in processing teacher payrolls and ensure timely and accurate compensation.

6. Work with datasets related to student performance, course outcomes, and operational metrics. Analyse the data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.

7. Participate in team meetings and discussions to brainstorm ideas and suggest process improvements.

8. Take initiative in handling ad-hoc tasks and contributing to special projects as needed.

Qualification - 

● Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. (B.Tech preferred)

● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

● Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.

● Passion for education and a keen interest in the edtech industry.

● Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. Location- Bangalore (HSR office) Perks:
